Bob Dylan's 'Modern Times' has again been bestowed the title of Album Of The Year - this time for Billboard Magazine's critics list of Top 50 Albums of 2006. Voted the best of the year by 48 staff and freelance writers, the album beat other top 10 finalists including Bruce Springsteen's 'Seeger Sessions' (#2) and Tool's '10,000 Days' (#9).
