Highsec has gotten love before but as eve is so big they have to split their time between areas. Dont worry though planet interaction is coming and so are t3 frigates :) The QA, well ya 0.0 has been a bit of a mess but thats got to do a lot with the scale , i mean we're talking about 1200+ player simultaneously fighting in 1 system crashing nodes... and its something their working on, on top of this eve has broken the simultaneous online user record like what 4 times since dominion launched. Growing pains :) I get your point you want new stuff, but dont say that quantum and dominion didn't bring new things, they borught A LOT of new things, they just didnt bring new things to the area that you hang out :D If your feeling burned maybe its time to make a push toward nullsec, or the pirate epic arcs.
